Race Description
The Swedbank Tallinn Half Marathon takes runners through the streets of Estonia’s capital, combining modern districts, historic landmarks, and coastal scenery along the Baltic Sea. The race starts and finishes in central Tallinn near Vabaduse Square, guiding participants early in the race, close to the UNESCO-listed Tallinn Old Town, where medieval city walls and historic towers provide a striking backdrop. The course continues through wider urban boulevards and residential districts before reaching sections closer to the Baltic Sea coastline, where runners can enjoy open views of the water. The terrain is generally flat and considered fast, with long straight sections. While the course includes a few gentle rises as it moves between districts, there are no major climbs.
