The San Antonio Half Marathon is a USATF-certified urban course that primarily features flat terrain with minor undulations. While the elevation gain is low, the route is not perfectly pancake-flat, featuring subtle grades as it winds through historic neighborhoods and downtown districts, ending at the Hemisfair finish line.
