Montreal Half Marathon

The Shop Santé Half Marathon is part of the Marathon Beneva de Montréal weekend, Quebec's largest running event, held each October in one of Canada's most vibrant and culturally rich cities. Starting from Île Sainte-Hélène near the immense Parc Jean-Drapeau on the St Lawrence River, with runners crossing onto the island of Montréal and heading west through the city. The route weaves through bustling streets, leafy parks and past landmarks that celebrate Montréal's rich heritage, blending modern urban energy with old-world charm across its diverse neighbourhoods, before finishing at Parc Maisonneuve in the city's east end, home to the iconic Olympic Stadium. The flat, fast course passes through some of Montréal's most beloved districts, with thousands of spectators lining the streets throughout, creating a festive atmosphere unique to this city. The race weekend includes a Marathon Expo at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal on the Friday and Saturday for bib collection.
