Race Description
The Cracovia Royal Half Marathon characteristic finish line in the darkened largest sports and entertainment hall in Poland, the TAURON Arena Kraków, is a unique setting that remains in the memory for a long time. Covering 21km, runners see Kraków's most famous monuments, including Wawel Castle, the Cloth Hall, the Barbican, the Florian Gate and historic churches such as St Mary's Basilica, the churches of St Apostles Peter and Paul, Na Skałce and others. They also pass modern landmarks including the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, the Father Bernatek Footbridge and the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology. The race forms the centrepiece of the Royal Triad of Running alongside the Cracovia Marathon and the Three Mounds' Run, and is part of the Crown of Polish Half Marathons.
