Race Description
The UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute Cleveland Half Marathon is the most popular event of the Cleveland Marathon race weekend, offering views of downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie and the city's iconic landmarks. The course mirrors the first half of the marathon route, with runners and marathoners sharing the road before half marathoners split off and finish at the same downtown location. The course takes in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the shoreline of Lake Erie and the character of the Ohio City and Tremont neighbourhoods. Both a running and a walking division are offered, and a Challenge Series option allows participants to race the 5K or 10K on Saturday before tackling the half marathon on Sunday.
