Race Description
The Singapore Marathon takes runners through the heart of the city-state, showcasing modern landmarks, waterfront views, and vibrant urban districts. The race starts near the F1 Pit Building at approximately 5 m elevation and finishes near Anderson Bridge at around 5 m, creating an almost perfectly flat course profile. The route winds through central Singapore and along its waterfront areas, passing landmarks such as the National Stadium, Marina Barrage, Gardens by the Bay, and East Coast Park. The course is largely flat, with only a few gentle rises, the most noticeable being the climb over Benjamin Sheares Bridge around the 10 km mark, where runners briefly reach approximately 30 m elevation, the highest point of the race. Smaller rolling sections appear later between roughly 32–36 km along the West Coast Highway,
