Race Description
The Milan Marathon takes place in Milan, Italy, and follows a loop course through the city’s central districts and surrounding neighborhoods. The race starts and finishes near the historic city center, close to the Duomo area. The course passes several notable areas including Porta Venezia, Porta Nuova, CityLife, and San Siro, as well as sections near Parco Sempione. Much of the route runs along wide city streets with long straight sections, and the course profile remains consistently flat throughout the race.
