Race Description
The Helsinki Marathon offers a scenic coastal course through Finland’s capital, combining urban streets with seaside views along the Baltic Sea. Starting near the city center, runners pass through parks, waterfront paths, and residential districts, with frequent views of the coastline and nearby islands. The course features gentle rolling terrain with a series of small, short climbs rather than long sustained hills. The middle section includes the most noticeable undulations, while the final kilometers flatten out, allowing runners to maintain pace toward the finish.
